Player count

Hey so I know the old minimum player count for a game to start was 6 and I strongly feel it should go back to that. 8 seems like a bit too many, especially when the server isn't at peak.

Decided to bump this due to the instability of player count on the NA proxy. If this hasn't been implemented yet, would definitely make a big difference.

This is good. Cuz sometimes the server has 30-40 players and then other times it has 130 people. I would like to see this implemented.
