Hello there,

First of all, thanks for reporting the bug. That is a known bug that hasn't been fixed yet. We're working on a fix and trying to understand why it happens. Please contact a staff member when this bug occurs so they can spec the game and kick the bugged player. By the way, it should be fixed with the next update, which is coming very soon.
