    1.8.9 + compatibility

    I think the server should upgrade to a newer version of minecraft. There would be an increase in players joining the server as a lot of new player's might not have the version required. (Suggested by Nick/j5g)

    Friend System

    I think there should be a friend system on backplay you could add someone as a friend on the server and see if they're online or not. It would also make it a lot easier to join the same sg games etc.

    IP banning

    They should IP ban people instead of banning the IGN it's not hard buying another account and openly joining the server and destroying the fun that people are having.
