I had 271/1300 aprox and was ranked 29th and then when I join another sg and use /stats it says that I have 1/1300 and rank 80? fix please mods?

Guys what is wrong with ur anticheat for real.It s the 2nd time in 2days I get banned for no reason by the HawkEye anticheat.I wonder when will I get unbanned again....
